Adoption Resources for Professionals

While you may have access to some great information already as an adoption professional, it can be difficult to keep up with the latest advances and changes in the field.  AdoptUSKids.org offers a great portal that links adoption professionals with the information they need.  You can find information on recruitment and retention resources, free consulting services, and information on photolisting and managing caseloads.

AdoptUSKids.org also have up-to-date news & announcements to keep you in touch with what is happening in the field.  Finally, their active Facebook page for the site is a great place to get answers and share your expertise with clients and colleagues all over the country.

Another site that can be a useful tool is Childwelfare.gov, dedicated to program managers and administrators of adoption services.  Here you can find current research and data, and assessment and training tools to help you and your staff manage the daily needs of your organization.
